Rupesh Singh is the Founder and Managing Director of Spring Tree Hotels, a hospitality management and franchise company dedicated to delivering operational excellence and sustainable business growth across hotels, resorts, and restaurants in India. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge gained from working with leading 5-star hotels.

An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM- BHUBANESWAR), Rupesh has built a strong foundation in hospitality operations, strategic planning, and supply chain management. His professional expertise spans hotel operations, vendor management, cost optimization, quality assurance, and process standardization, enabling hospitality businesses to achieve operational efficiency without compromising service quality.
